Welcome to the Computer Aid Accounts Payable Inquiry (API) System. This application will allow you to view the status of your invoices.

Effective January 1, 2019 CAI will be transitioning to Workday as our primary financial operation platform. As a result, Workday will be replacing API as your primary source for your invoice inquiries. Additional information will be sent to you in the coming weeks regarding a new and enhanced API experience.

If you are a new vendor using API for the first time, then please click here to activate your account. You will be assigned a temporary password that you will have to change the first time you log in.

Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
